Happy New Year, Firefly Families!
We had a fun week getting back in the swing of things with our kiddos! We talked about our new season of WINTER (although it doesn't feel like it this week!), painted winter scenes, made snowflakes for our seasons tree, created "snow" dough, responded to the journal prompt, "What does your snowmen do at night?", created "melted" snowmen and talked about what melted them, and practiced our new letter A in shaving cream. We also did a "roll & write", where they rolled different letters and practiced writing those letters. We read the books Winter Wonderland, Snowmen At Night, and Sneezy the Snowman. Our new character ed word of the quarter is RESPONSIBLE. Check out the "Ride & Reflect" below!

*If your child is NOT going to kindergarten and you are reenrolling your child at the LECC, please make sure to enroll and drop off your deposit ASAP before enrollment is opened to the public in a couple weeks!
